As the sun rose
Bathing the sky in a beautiful mix of orange and purple
I wondered at the beauty of nature
I thought about friends
I thought about Senior’s Day
The familiar sight of the airplane wing…
Up close, the sea of clouds joined together for miles & miles
As far as the eyes could see
As we went higher, and the sun rose over the horizon…
Oh!
What a breaktaking sight…
Amidst the sea of blue and white is an island of clouds
The captain said we are at 25,000 ft
High up enough to marvel at nature’s beauty
